The Tony Montana is a beefcakes style riff on the Cubano Sandwich, featuring a garlic butter toasted kaiser roll, one (1) 4 oz seared to perfection elite beef patty, 3 oz of overnight slow roasted pork, two slices of honey glazed smoked ham, house made sour pickles, pickled banana peppers, shredded lettuce, provolone, mozzarella and Swiss cheese, and house made mustard featuring sleeping giant brewery beer.

BACON THREE-WAY

We start with our baked-fresh-every morning milk bun, a culturally acceptable mound of savory bacon jam (featuring our own smoked bacon), stack two of our signature all beef smash patties with Applewood smoked cheddar cheese around a crispy wheel of our own house-made pancetta, top it with a zippy bacon burger sauce, and finish it off with fresh shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced dill pickles.

Spicy Tandoori Vindaloo Grilled Chicken Burger

It’s chicken breast that been marinated in a traditional “vindaloo” spice marinade – known for its tanginess, spice and garlic – and then grilled in our tandoor (clay oven).  The chicken is then topped off with sauteed onion, pepper and chilies (for that extra kick) and a slice of tomato and finished with a housemade chili mayo, all served on a toasted bun.  It bursts with flavour.
